buffering is very annoying

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have a 500/500mbps connection with 5g wireless. the fire stick buffers so much. seems to be limited by the servers connection that your streaming from. there is alot of movies to choose from but stopping to buffer every 20 mins is very annoying. just bought a roku will give review on it soon.

A little frustrating changing channels. Using with dish app. Must channel select from guide no up and down select. Great for remote tv using apps.

Unwatchable

It was not possible to adjust the picture to achieve a watchable picture, it unpleasant to watch. I have three other video devices in my system an Apple TV, a PS4, and an Ultra-HD Blu-ray player that display crisp and bright pictures, and that require no picture adjustments when switching from device-to-device. I've noticed similar comments about the Fire TV on other web sites. It probably has something to do with how it interacts with your TV. It definitely did not work with mine.

I connected the device & it can find the remote.

I purchased the tv and firestick on the same day. I never connected the firestick until 2 days ago. I haven't had the product for 90 days. I haven't had it for a month and when i went on the BB app it says the firestick isn't returnable. I mean, can I at least exchange it? I feel like BB sold me a faulty product on purpose. The tv I purchased comes with preloaded apps but they load kind of slow so that's why I purchased the firestick. It's complete garbage. 100% NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FIRESTICK!!
