Anyway,I don't enjoy having it at all, it seems my old system is even better in quality and sound,if I had known I wouldn't have wasted my money.Thank u.

You have to go out of it and back on again.

Our wifi already allows for such. So, whine the Irish to works, it’s irrelevant.

When I arrived to pick it up I waited over an hour to be told they were out of it. Another item was substituted. I it was not what I needed. When I tried to return it 15 days later the manager refused. Don’t ever shop at Best Buy! It is not the store it once was.

Posted .Hello SergioH! I am terribly sorry that your Fire Stick is no longer working. You can try to factory reset it and reset it back up if you are able to access the Settings menu and see if that allows you to get back to a functional system. If a factory reset does not work that you can always contact Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 to see if your device is still under warranty. They can also trouble shoot with you on other ways to possibly solve your problem. I hope this helps in fixing your experience and that you have a terrific day!

This product is a 4K device that is compatible with a non-4K TV but will not display 4K on a non-4K TV. In order to display 4K, a 4K TV will need to be utilized. Thank you again for your feedback!

The remote control started acting up. It got to the point that I had to manually switch to firetv. Now after six weeks or so after purchase it completely went out. I have replaced batteries and reset and restarted everything multiple times. I had to use a remote from a couple of years ago. So to say the least I am not satisfied whatsoever.

Spend the extra $50 instead of getting a fire stick or a roku. I’ve had/have all 3 and my Apple TV’s are far and away the BEST of them all. I will never buy a fire stick or roku again. I’ve had 5 different fire sticks and after about a month, they all start losing their connections to my WiFi network and won’t stay connected no matter how many times I reconnect them and they sign themselves out of all my accounts on them. I will never ever buy another fire stick
