The volume bottom does not work now. When I first installed it I really liked it but now I may have to return it.

Eats up the triple A batteries almost daily. Keeping the fire stick charged is costly.

I would not recommend. Right in the middle of a movie it will close and return to the home screen for absolutely no reason. Sometimes the remote is very delayed in responding to buttons pressed. I contacted best buy and was told I would have to pay them 15% to return the piece of junk! Would not recommend this to anyone!

didn't work for me. didn't fit my older Panasonic TV. even with the adaptor I had to go back to purchase.

This new firstick does nothing but buffer, constant buffering, I cant watch anything that its not buffering, I can't believe a company can put out such sorry, bad, horrible equipment to the public, I have bought 3 when they were on sale, I gave my daughter one and she said hers buffers constantly too

I ordered a 4K fire stick and it buffers more then it plays and it’s ridiculously slow no matter what app I use it does not work it will play for a minute or two then loads for another 5 minutes then will play for a second loads for a little bit of time and then closes the app.

We tried to fix it we watch a movie and turns off by itself we can figure out why it's doing that we might have to take it back

I decided to buy the updated version so that I had the option to set the volume and turn the tv on/off. When I turn the tv on using the remote, the fire stick doesn’t power on. I have to unplug and try again. Every time.

Bought the stick a month ago and was told great things about it. my wife got it all set up pretty easy. Once we started to use it, everything we clicked on was a purchase. No real TV channels because you need cable to watch them. So what's the use of that. All the apps must be purchased at some point too so why did I buy this stick? I thought once I buy the fire stick I could watch local channels and free movies. Not the case. I'm returning this today. I hope whomever buys one has extra money for monthly subscriptions.

For some reason it loses the connection. I have to unplug the Firestick, plug it back in and restart the source. This happened 3 times in one show. Irritating!!!

Brand new TV kept turning on and off. TV works well with my older firre tv pendant so its only this stick causing trouble. I returned it.

I'm having to constantly reset this device. Take the batteries out and reinsert, or unplug and plug back in. It jumps around a lot. It has been a bad purchase.

The product work for about 3 months then disconnected from the wifi. The other fire stick I bought directly from Amazon still works. I checked but it cannot be returned.

I placed the order at the store but it was subsequently cancelled without notifying me. I was very disappointed especially since the gift certificate points were not refunded and I had to discover it accidentally and call customer service and prove that the points were missing. Not a quality service. I ended up buying on Amazon during the sale and the quality is fine. I wish the adapter/dongle was not that bulky...it sticks out behind the TV.

It’s 50/50 some times works great the other times I want to throw the remote at the tv

I bought this with high hopes that I could get a streaming device for a fair price, from a reputable brand that had dolby vison and atmos support... I was wrong. after setting up the fire stick 4k, i used it 3 times for no less then an hour each time. I went to turn it on two days ago and it was completely deal. I tried different hdmi inputs, even another tv altogether. nothing. save the frustration and just get an apple tv4k. You'll be way happier, because although its expensive, it just works the way its designed to.

Not a fan i bought this because it was recommended by a friend. my apple tv is a million times bettter. this thing is slow laggy and bad buffering on everything.

The remote drains batteries within hours. I am going to return it.

Returned Worked great for 3 days, then fizzled out and would not load operating system. No amount of trouble shooting would get it to load.
