Terribly disappointed with the product. I would be extremely happy it the remote would pair. Up to now it has been a waste of money. I may as well have thrown my money in the street.

worst ever couldn't give it a zero

Worst thing I've ever connected with a phone to. Just to get one program it fires through amazon, then to my cable provider, the to the app the back through amazon for what I don't know. Then it streams for 12 seconds and loads for 38 seconds. Worst ever purchase. Never again anything from Amazon for streaming.

Sold defective firestick

I took it back to Best Buy and was told that I could not exchange it because I was passed the 14 day return policy. I was told to contact Amazon. Therefore, I will not be purchasing anymore electronics or big ticket items from Best Buy. I would recommend this item to a friend, but not recommend they buy from Best Buy.

I had all Apple TV’s for streaming in my home and bought this for my daughter because I didn’t wanna spend that kind of money for her bedroom tv.... but the operation of this device is garbage. You definitely get what you pay for. I’ll be throwing this away and buying a 3rd Apple TV as Apple TV’s are quality in every way!
