The Findlay store didn’t have phone access so u couldn’t call head to do the curb side bring out .

Sucks data like no tomorrow

This was found out after review of data use from my Internet provider and tracing individual device usage. It has been discounted and would be returned if the store was not closed due to the pandemic. I now turn off the power to my other Amazon tv/FireSticks. Beware.

Crappy Product

Now only the power and volume button works and the others wont work. This has happened many times. I have tried many things on the net and finally have quit on this. Spent 50 bucks on this crappy product. Didn't expect such a substandard product from Amazon. If possible stay away from this product.

After redoing everything I still couldn’t get cbs to play. Even call cbs to see what’s up. They said the device was having modem issues. I called Amazon to check their end. They are sending a new one,, but they are out of stock so it will be a couple of weeks. Should have spent more and gotten another Apple TV.
