I love the new Fire Stick remote, we have 4 older models, this has the Dolby Vision, HD streaming, and simply operates smoother. I do not know the specifics as to why, but we like it! We cut the cable over 2 years ago, one of the best things we ever did!!!

As my nickname implies, I live in a Chromecast household. I bought two Gen 1 and one Gen 2 Chromecasts over the years and was very happy with them. I started shooting videos in 4K this year and bought a Chromecast Ultra in October, even though I did not have a UHD TV yet, because I needed a streaming stick capable of downscaling 2160P videos for display on 1080P TVs (Plex Media Server running on Raspberry Pi is way underpowered to perform downscaling and transcoding in real-time). It failed miserably for that use case: while it worked well with UHD TVs and monitors, it showed 4K/UHD videos in the wrong color space on all 1080P TVs and monitors I tried it on (videos of 1920x1080 or lower resolution came out just fine). Google Support was not helpful at all. With the Amazon Fire Stick 4K on sale, I decided to give it a try and have been very pleased with the outcome. I even bought a second one to replace a Roku Streaming Stick in my van.

Great TV box! It works fast with no freezing, has an easy-to-use interface, and a wide selection of apps. The picture quality is excellent, and it connects easily to the TV and Wi-Fi. A real pleasure to use — very satisfied with the purchase!

Best 4K media streamer for the price. With $30 price tag, it is the best 4 K media streamer for the price range. Supports dolby atmos. Have most of the channel you need.

I have a older LG TV with the Net OS. This is an older OS from LG. My TV picture is great and I'm not buying a new TV because my Smart OS is not getting updated. I use Amazon Prime Video and had a lot of trouble with the TV's premium app. It is outdated and did not function properly. Bottom line for about $50 this solved all my problems. The 4K model has a better processor even though I do not have a 4K TV now. The setup is perfect, fast in every way. This unit will be used with SlingTV eventually. Working with Amazon Prime Video is now perfect and up to date. No worries. High recommended!

the new firestick is much more robust. it stands up to its competetors and delivers quick clean changes between apps as well as amazons own live tv line up. previous models were slow and disappointing. as with most technology the new models have fixed lag time between channel changes. Buy it you will not be unhappy with this choice.

I love the firestick 4K and the voice remote is so helpful. I recently cut the cable cord so I am really enjoying not having to pay high cable bills any longer. My Firestick is a affordable alternative. Gave only four stars due to the limited storage on this device.

We loved the original Fire TV Stick and got this one to add 4K. Also, volume control on the remote is a nice addition. Works great!

Thank you Best Buy and to the Geek Squad for your knowledge! You set me up with a fire stick in the downstairs and it’s great. I can watch anything now. It’s so easy to use I love it. I push a button and that’s it, thanks to the Geek Squad! I love shopping at Best Buy, they always have what I need and makes sure it’s easy to use!

Best so far. I have used other TV sticks, this stands out in terms of voice control, fast responsiveness and overall quality. If you are in amazon echo system, it's an advantage.
