It's great to use many apps, but some cable cutter apps require too much from this limited stick. Amazon video and netflix work well with this stick, but things like DirecTV Now and HBO Now suffer a great deal with stuttering and loss of sound (even when plugged in with a hardline, not wireless). AppleTV or roku work better for these. But if you want cheap, this works. PS. There is also a problem with a black screen, can be fixed by setting you HDMI pixel setting (720p, 1080p, etc) after removing the HDMI adapter.

Very easy and conviniént to use all in one product 4K is great

Picked up the 4K Fire Stick on Black Friday. Best investment in a long time. Considered the 4K Apple TV, but glad I saved $150 to still get AppleTV+ on this device along with Disney+ and many more of the expected apps. Considering on picking up 2 more for other TVs in the house and cutting the cord. Great product, no regrets.

I replaced all of my Rokus because they keep producing that HDCP content error, so I went with FireTV 4K Sticks. So far, so good. No issues. Compact and easy to set up. All my Xfinity cable boxes have been turned in, but I can still use the Xfinity Stream app on the Fire TVs.

The smartest thing amazon ever did was come out wiith this stick. The processor is the fastest ever of all their devices and the remote now having the ability to control everything keeps you from hunting thru 5 remotes . we havent even gotton to the price yet. At only $10 more than the generation 2 stick they are blowing away any other streaming device.

Easy to use and 4k looks amazing. It does skew toward amazon content, but not a big deal when you get used to it. For the price compared to Roku I have not been disappointed.

I own 2 of these in my home but I’ve bought like 5 of them as gifts for others. I love the updated UI, the ease of use with Alexa devices makes things so simple, I LOVE that I can use the remote control things like my tv and sound bar ... if I had more TVs I’d buy even more of them.

I bought the 4K Fire TV Stick to upgrade my 1st generation stick. And what an improvement! This new version not only has voice control but it also has volume control. Now I don't have to keep my TV remote control nearby to control the volume. Besides the new features, I got for nearly half the original price on a special 3-day Best Buy sale. Now I'm getting more of the dynamics my 4K Samsung TV (also a Best Buy purchase from Black Friday) offer with the use of my new Fire Stick.

This device works great, I compare it with an Amazon Fire TV box and I can see the box is much slower. I was wrongly assumed that the box should be faster just because it is bigger and has better hardware, but it looks like the stick has newer technology on it and I never saw any lags or delays.

A good accessory for your TV's that do not have cable on them. Better than having external antennae. For non techs. May be a little complicated when 1st setting up. Be patient.

had purchased the original fire stick when they came out. Always liked the fire stick but the loading speed was slow, and would 'glitch' during movies. When this new 4K Firestick came out I decided to upgrade to the new version. This Firestick is Great, no issues with this one at all! Would recommend to others

The 4k Fire TV Stick is something every household should have. It literally turned my Insignia 50" HDTV into a Smart Fire TV. I know this to be factual because I own one. It's worth every bit of the $49.99 I spent on it. Thanks Best Buy and thanks Amazon for the technology.Keep the bargains coming !!!

I got this because my son showed me his and how it works. (His is an older one without Alexa) I can now get all my cable programing through this device at a much much lower cost! As soon as I feel more confident and my wife becomes settled with it, bye bye cable.

We thought we needed new TVs as our picture was not clear and crisp anymore. I tried the firestick replacement first in hopes of not having to spend what we couldn't afford. Our TVs are back to perfect pictures now thank you so much,
