I wanted to get some the streaming services on my television but it is not a Smart TV. My TIVO gets a lot of them, but not Paramount or Peacock. This turned out to be great. It gets all of them and is upgradable in the future.

I have purchased and used the firestick before. The 4k works great but you need to have at least 25mb download for it to perform correctly in 4k and the Alexa voice communication works well. This new stick is what I needed for using Netflix, prime video, tubi and others. Just wish it had more memory.

Upgraded our unit from a gen2 in order to use xfinity/Comcast app. This unit is quite a bit faster to loaf and play. No buffering or freeze noted in the past 2 months.

I'm using this on a smart TV with ROKU interface. Now I can access websites through a browser such as Firefox, and surf the net and access sites not available through ROKU. The video is of high quality with great streaming. The voice controls with Alexa are nice. This remote will also control the on/off and volume on your TV.

Amazon - Fire TV Stick 4K with Alexa Voice Remote, Streaming Media Player works fantastic on our TV. It makes the pictures brighter and colors richer. With Amazon Prime, you get more channels and movies. Programs for everyone in your household. Recommend highly.

Has all the apps I need in a simple plug and play system. The downside is the Amazon platform is bloated with extra ads and features and unnecessary items. I would prefer a clean dashboard customized with only the apps I'm going to use. The Apple TV had a much cleaner interface, but like all Apple products, it went out of date in a few months.

Love mine. Turned an older tv we had into a smart tv to buy us some time until we are ready to buy a new one. The 4k model is definitely fast. We experience no lag or buffering on ours. Not sure if if I would ot $50+ for it but definitely worth it if you can buy it on sale.

This Fire Stick has allowed me to access Netflix, Prime & even add other apps easily. Also allows me to screen my computer screen on to my tv monitor (I don't have a smart tv), which is very helpful. It was an easy set up & everything seems to work very easily & I haven't had any glitches yet.

Firestick was on sale and a good deal. I have one all ready but this will be for our TV in the den. It plus my Roku TV is all I need with a good internet connection! I plan on buying another one for our bedroom. I feel very confident in buying fro Best Buy rather than by mail!
