Had one of the earlier generations which started to lag to much. Upgraded to this one and it has been great ever since. The volume controls alone in my opinion (that work with my sound bar) made it worth it even more.

This item was purchased with a smart TV for a guest bedroom. It was extremely easy to set up. However, when my dad (who is visually challenged) turned on the TV, the system was not as easy to use as I had hoped.

Nothing special but gets the job done. I bought this primarily for use during traveling because it has the ability to access the”splash page” which is that special page that pops up to accept the terms and conditions when connecting to some hotel Wifi networks. If a wifi network has a splash page and you can’t access it, no internet access. I use my Apple TV at home and as my everyday device but as smart/fast as my Apple TV is, it’s unable to load a splash page (as of this review) which is why I needed a traveling option for Hotel Wifi networks. This was the cheapest/most reliable option to handle the splash page and also do 4K output. I haven’t had any issues with it so far and I’m able to watch all of my usual streaming apps now while traveling.

Great product is worth the investment for my 4k tv

What a great product. A person doesn't have to be very tech savvy to install and get the Fire stick working correctly. I was using my Xbox as my streaming device and it left much to be desired. This Fire stick is great! Glad I purchased it.

Wonderful work of art. I’ve never seen so many movies in all my life. The Fire stick was easy to install and on to looking at a lot of movies. I’m glad I made a wise chose.

These are invaluable in my home. Much cheaper to by these and have all streaming options on the firestick versus just accepting what comes on your tv.

I love my new TV the picture is clear and bright. It is awesome. The two men that delivered and set it up were friendly and very helpful. They were proficient during the set up and in explaining how it all functioned. Could not have asked for anything more. Very satisfied with TV, sound bar and the setup. Very good.

I went to find a firestick to begin my cut-the-cord process. I wasn't sure which one to buy, but i was helped by a customer service person who gave me the insight i needed. So far, i am very happy with my purchase.

Works very well. Sometimes you have to update for it to work. When this was bought the old one was older than 5 years.

Easy to set up. Better remote than Apple TV. Drawback is fast forwarding or rewinding over long periods of time.

My dads been wanting one of these for a while. Got him it for Christmas, he loves it. Very fast and more smooth than mine from 2 years ago. Controller seems more well built as well.

The faster processer sure shines so far. Had choppy watching on the 2nd gen one, no longer with this one. The new remote now controls tv power and volume, that is a great addition. For the price I’d say best bang for the buck. I prefer my Apple TV 4K over this by a huge margin but not spending $200 for a bedroom tv.

Amazon Firestick is my favorite device ti watch online content. I have several devices around the house. I definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Excellent product, i installed my fire in my tv and i have many tv programs, series and live tv. Alexa works perfectly. I love it my fire tv stick!!

Bought firestick 5 years ago and. I loved it.this Firestick 4k has a lot of features.the one i really like most was the voice command you dont need to type what are you searching

Me and my wifey will never go back overpaying for cable tv ever. there are a oot of free tv shows and movies out there in the internet as well as youtube/vimeo vids where i can watch even 4k vids. thi is a life saver and i am very very happy using this with my lg oled 4k 55 tv using ethernet rj45 lan cable.

My order was ready within minutes and the new curbside delivery was very slick. This 4K model fire stick is much faster than the original model and zips through my searches with ease. Amazon makes it very easy to connect new devices through their WiFi setup process.

I have an first gen firestick and this easily surpasses it. The best feature for me is the ability to control the TV that the firestick is connected. It also connects to my echo dot so voice commands are an option as well. I haven't used that feature much. The 4k firestick is simply amazing thus far.

Works well, been using it for a while now. The TV I have it connected to isn't a smart TV. The interface doesn't lag that much, but can be noticible at times. I would like a different interface where I could just see all the apps on the home screen, rather than the recommendations of movies or shows from the ones I have installed. Other than that, I would recommend.
