works great, the 4K version works much better than the older model. worth the extra money. even if you don't have a 4K tv you need the better model to run newer apps

Bought a second Fire TV Stick for the living room for the new 4K TV. Easy setup and fast installed and pictures are excellent.

We have these on all of our TVs. Great for cord cutters. We have Amazon products all over the hours, and this integrates with them all. We make all of our movie purchase with amazon since they can be played on any device Apple/Android/Roku... The app makes it easy to convenient to control and type in titles. It also makes it so that you don't have to worry if you lose the remote. Runs all the major Apps including HBO Max. The voice command on the remote is also very nice. Use it to ask Alexa any question you want. Overall great product.

I'm very happy with the function of this stick. It was easy to set up and the picture is excellent on my LG OLED TV. As noted in other reviews AMAZON pushes their agenda but it's fairly easy to ignore. There is a problem with the sound. It would intermittently cut out and on some app's not work on some materiel. It's a known issue and the AMAZON solution of limiting Dolby seems (seems) to have fixed the problem...Reducing function is not a good solution to a problem. I trust that a future update will fix the issue.

Setup is easy. Picture is outstanding and the improved remote almost replaces my TV remote. I've found a ton of channels beside Amazons Prime that are free to watch.

Great streaming device. Has all the apps I want and is not sluggish at all. I also love that I can get content in 4k from Prime Video and other.

Works great for watching Netflix, HBO MAX, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc. Hooks up very easy. And the 4K is exceptional.

Imagine, for a moment, you’ve had a Roku for over a year that one day stopped working after an automatic software update and, thinking maybe it was just its time to die, you go buy another one - only to have the new one bricked by the same software update..... This happened to me, so I returned the defective Roku and got the Amazon Firestick instead. What a world of difference, and for the better! No more annoying software updates that renders the device unusable. A much better user interface and remote control experience. Alexa search is great, too. Setup was quick and painless.

Great selection of apps, picture looks great and the live tv guide that puts all the live tv apps and shows in one place is really nice. Full Alexa voice control is a major plus, but the winner is if you have a ring alarm system it will display camera footage in upper right corner of tv (door bell, driveway, ext.)

This device is leaps and bounds from my first fire TV stick. Responds to inputs very fast. Easy to setup with existing Amazon Prime account. Video playback is great (should be given it sits just above the router). Programed to control my TV faster than any remote I have ever used. Only wish it included a button to switch inputs on the TV (still have a cable box) but being able to turn off and on the TV and adjust the volume are a bonus. Caught it on sale for $25. Can't beat that.

I purchased an Amazon Fire stick before and I totally love it. I use it in my bedroom and it turns my flat screen tv into a smart tv. I now have access to Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and Disney Plus. I loved my first Fire Stick that I purchased this one which really opens up the tv in my living room which is 4k to give me access to 4k programming at the absolute lowest price. It is easy to use and it also allows me to control the volume on my tv and I can turn the tv off with this remote. Also with Alexa activated I can interact with it for so much more. Great device!!

Great 4k Fire Stick that got for an unbelievable $29.99. Works amazing and the set up was a breeze. Way better than the old model.

This was a great update from a regular Chromecast and really like the 4k capabilities. I can really see the difference. The voice commands and capability to connect with my other Alexa devices are great. II also like all the apps that are available. The picture is really great especially compared to a non-4k streaming device. One annoying thing is some apps keep signing me out so that I need to sign in every time I try to use that app. Also, there are occasions when it freezes and I have to restart it. When I try to get back to a program after it has been on the screensaver, sometimes the app restarts or freezes. I thought it might be my internet, but the speed is quick and it did not happen with other streaming devices. All in all though, I am happy with it.

I bought this device when Best Buy had it on sale for $25. This Fire Stick made my dumb TV a SMART TV. Since I'm an Amazon Prime member, it's great to enjoy all the content that Amazon makes available to it's Prime members. In addition, there is other content that is available free to everyone. The device was a very simple set-up and connection to my WiFi. I had it up and running within 10 minutes of opening the box. The new remote that now controls the volume and power on the TV is so much more convenient than the older Fire Stick remote. I'm so pleased with this purchase.

I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it! Love the voice-activated feature (especially when I'm too lazy to type it!), the clean look of all the apps and the accessibility of HBOMax. The reason I bring up that particular show is because I own an LG TV and since LG doesn't offer the app on their online store, there is no way for me to view it unless I stream it through my phone (annoying). Decided to go for the Amazon FireTV 4K option (I have a 4K TV) and can't have made a better choice.

The computer I was using to stream images to my 4K monitor failed, so I tried the Fire Stick 4K. Though it meant substituting wifi for my wired connection, installation and setup was still very easy. And the remote is much more convenient than using a computer to control the streaming.

bought to replace our old one. Was nice that they had in stock at the front of the store. Purchase was quick and painless. Super easy to set up and much better han waiting a week for a new one from amazon. Love the additional buttons on the bottom for faster access to common apps. Great price point too.

I bought 2. I really like the simple remote and the addition of the volume and mute buttons on this new model make it even better. Setup is a breeze and the software is very intuitive. One thing that annoys me though is there is no way to get back to the hdmi port that the cable input uses. It's annoying. Since we never use the TV remote (not even sure where it is) I have to get up and feel around for the manual source button on the back of the TV. If that doesn't bother you then this is a great product. The voice control is also excellent.
