I like the response of this Fire TV stick better than my previous one. The new remote is also very ergonomic. The volume and on/off buttons are a lifesaver. No need for TV remote. Lol

It helped to make my old Tv to a smart tv where i could cast youtube videos, see netflix and prime videos and more. Remote is awesome which helps to control TV volume and power on off

I have used 100% fire tv's and sticks since 2012 ease of use and download options.

I'm so happy with my Fire Stick, and enjoying every moment that I get to stream my favorite movie. I and so please that I made the right choice in buying the Fire Stick I'm the proud owned of four of them.

Love the new and improved fire stick 4K. Way faster than the standard ones. Great to watch movies, live tv, or just to listen to music. I love it so much I bought 5. 4 for our house and 1 for my girlfriend.

Although I am still getting used to how to talk to the device, I think it will get easier. I can't seem to get it to switch between input devices....It was easy to set up, although if you have a long email address it takes awhile...

Great product for an older TV! We have two 55" Samsung 3D TV; not smart and the DVD players offer restricted apps. When the Xbox was removed we were lacking. The Fire TV Stick opened a whole world of free viewing and pay options. We were able to view free episodes of recent public shows that On Demand want a per episode fee. All for a one time reasonable fee. If you are already a Prime Member, the product sync immediately. The remote is flimsy, making me wonder how long it will hold up.

We can finally watch our favorite Amazon Prime shows on our TV! Before we only had a Chromecast and this does not allow you to stream Amazon Prime Video. No longer do we have to watch on the smart phone. Works great, and helps control the TV overall!

Got this for my not-so pc savvy 70's mom, she got the hang of it in no time and really enjoys accessing the internet and streaming with this on her TV, uses it several times a week. Going great since last Christmas!

This device is great for streaming. I don't like that the device doesn't have enough memory

I like it, was exactly what I needed. I have never had a bad experience with Best Buy. This device allows me to request information wirelessly. It is almost like magic. It came in very handy, as I am recovering from knee surgery.

As a replacement for my 6 year old stick that recently past away, this one works better than exspected, very pleased.

This product is great for accessing streaming services on a non-smart TV (or even so-called smart TVs which often quickly become outdated). No issues so far, and it offers a wide variety of apps and options for watching on your TV.

The Amazon Firestick with voice control is an amazing product to upgrade my “unsmart” tv. I use it to access my Amazon Prime channels, Youtube and other apps with ease. The voice control is an extra plus and can be used like my Echo. Great product!

Great remote for this TV, worked to power on, make sure you then use fire tv settings to add the new remote as it will update the remote firmware to work with all the smart features. Only negative is it doesn’t come with batteries.

Nice for all my streaming needs. Especially since none of my Smart TVs or Smart Blu-ray players have access to all the streaming apps we use. This makes it a one stop shop for my streaming viewing.

Been using the non-4k for a while. Recently purchased this one after we upgraded to a 4k TV. Works great and doesn't seem to overheat and restart like my non-4k did so many times.
