The quality of the device and the clarity of the picture is AMAZING !

Not longer do I need my TV remote, my Fire stock remote and my Sound Bar remote. Loving it!

New Firestick operates fine, but alas, the TV was not able to play 4K from the Firestick, due to software on the TV, only plays 1080p. Will have to check on software update for the TV.

The voice remote is extremely helpful in searching for movies, shows and sporting events. Haven't missed a single show and haven't missed cable!!

There is so much available with the fire stick. The picture quality is great and like so many other I'm a streaming and love it...I will never return to cable again.

Works just as the non 4K model did but with higher video quality on our 4K TV. Really simple set up and easy to use. Great for watching all our favorite shows and movies with our Amazon Prime account!

I wish it would just have Alexa voice command out of the box. I know - it's there, but I have to figure out how to set it up, and when it doesn't work right (it didn't) I have to do Google searches. But it does speed through all the apps really well, so I like it better than the PS3 I had to run my entertainment apps!

Had the non 4K but wanted to upgrade because of the new remote with the ability to turn the tv off and on. We now only need 1 remote to control the tv power and volume

It downloads app pages much faster. And with the added on/off function of the TV, and controlling my surround system volume/mute, awesome.

We don't have cable so being able to easily access all of our streaming services from one device (with one remote!) is amazing! Highly recommend to anyone with multiple streaming services.
