I have been toying with the idea of saving some money on Television entertainment. I have already optimized my live TV Antenna and except for missing NBC and all Cable channels that works pretty well. I tried a cheap Chinese android TV Box and while that could pull in some number of thousands of channels, I started to see that some channels/programming were only going to work well with a subscription charge. The Amazon Prime FireStick is better, but I still keep running into the subscription issue. Having Amazon Prime gives me Prime Video and quite a few new original shows as well as a ton of old shows. Some of the oldies are great to revisit, like "The Prisoner", "Avengers", and a bunch of other SciFi type shows that we like. The new "Mandelorian" series and the whole catalog of "Star Wars-Star Trek", and Marvel stuff caught me and now I am starting to pay for subscriptions. Its hard at this time to give up some of the sports that are only found so far on my Cable channels and the live Channel guide is far ahead of anything I have found on the Firestick. I appreciate what the FireStick provides but haven't been able to cut the cable quite yet. It's worth experimenting with, and if you really don't need Liv programming and sports, or the full channel guide provided with my cable provider, you might do better than me at cutting costs instead of adding more. ;+)

The fire stick works great for our bedroom TV. We recently got rid of our cable service and added Hulu Live. We can now watch just about anything with the fire stick on an older model tv. Overall well worth the money.

Replaced our outdated FireTv device with the 4K FireStick. Freed up a HDMI port because I can run AppleTV through the FireStick. Also like that it is easy to move from Tv to Tv or house to house.

This device is easy to plug into the HDMI port on your Smart TV but depending on your internet connection, it might not be as fast as you expect. Amazon has a lot of choices of shows from movies to tv.

Easy to setup and use. I prefer Apple TV for my media systems with surround sound, but for my TVs without surround sound these work perfect.

So far they have been on our TV for over a week and seem to be working very well great product great value and great price

Bought for a older TV. I would never go back to a cheaper one. The quality of shows are amazing. It also has free channels with WiFi. Great product to buy.

Went in for a new remote for our AppleTV and came out with a Fire TV Stick. It seems to be working for the most part for streaming two different streaming programs Hulu and Hallmark. Only a few times have I had buffering and pixels. Decent for the cost. We have a >10 year old plasma TV with no "smart" stuff. Wish Firestick had more functions.

This is a great improvement from the last version simply because of the power and volume on the remote. The voice search is pretty useless if you subscribe to a streaming service because it will show the apps that you don't have and show you how much to pay for something that's free. I use PS Vue, but you can't search using the voice remote to find anything, it always brings up the ABC, CBS, etc app instead.

Great product and watching all of the apps through this device has been great but when they fail it sucks!

My old fire stick died. I purchased this 4K fire Stick, because I purchased a New TV 1 year ago. Connecting all the "parts" was very simple, and I am enjoying my new fire stick!!!

Simple to install, easy to use and convenient to use on any TV in the house. If you don't need/want cable but love watching TV shows, series and movies, this device is the answer!

I have had older versions and since have upgraded my TVs it was time to upgrade to the 4K Firestick. The picture quality is incredible. We enjoy it very much.
