Very impressive upgrade to the original Fire Stick. The "lag" I was experiencing has all but disappeared. The addition of volume control and mute are nice. I also like the power button. It virtually eliminates the need for the remote that came with my TV. I recommend this and recommend Best Buy. Price and convenience were excellent,

This new fire stick is real good had an older version that was sluggish and had me considering moving to a roku glad I gave this a shot it’s fast has everything I use such as apps and I love that it can turn on and off tv and control volume my old fire stick did not due that plus it has built in voice so u can ask Alexa to find shows for you

The Fire Stick 4K works great. Works with all to the TV's in my house whether the TV is 4K or not. Clear picture and sound. Alexa is handy for finding shows rather than searching. Alexa is not supported by Netflix. You can access Netflix, Prime Video and Music, IMDb TV, YouTube, Hulu, Pandora and others if you have the required accounts. Setup is easy. Access to power is required.

Love the tv controls. We only use streaming services, so we pretty much use the Amazon remote for everything. (Turn the tv on, choose app, choose show, control volume.)

The new fire stick is much faster than previous models. Voice search and control works great! The unit controller pairs super easy with the tv to control volume ,and allows you to switch it on and switch tv mode automaticly by pressing the home button twice. The first press turns the fire stick on and the second press switches the tv inputmode to the fire stick, Nice

This 4k Fire stick is pretty much as advertised. I found very easy to setup. The device is responsive and the picture and sound quality are very good. Now this is not being used on a 4K TV at this time, so I can’t comment on its 4K performance. My one complaint is that it does not support VUDU(the reason for 4 stars), as I understand it this has to do with a Walmart (VUDU) vs Amazon thing. It does support the Movies Anywhere app; which will leave movies from a couple of studios (Paramount for one) missing from your movie list; sucks that I can’t access the Star Trek movies. I didn’t want to pay for another cable box and this certainly fills the bill nicely with a wide range on TV content.

Omg I can’t tell you enough how much I love this! I got rid of my cable in exchange for this fire stick and it is SOO incredibly life changing. I can play games on it and it even has its own custom trivia games and more! It’s so easy to plug in and assemble, instructions are so clear and I got a bunch of free subscriptions with it. What are you doing with a cable?! Just get rid of that and get the fire tv stick! Please I’m not saying this out of randomness, I’m saying it out of my heart! Definitely worth the 40 dollars I think it was? Yeah defiantly worth it, I’m using it right now as I type! I love talking, whispering, and making jokes with Alexa, she’s funny-ish… anyways just buy it, like seriously.

Provides most steaming services, very easy to use and has great picture.

This Firestick was moderately easy to set up. I have older model Smart TV that we couldn't get updates on and this worked perfect to meet our needs. We also got rid of cable and the steaming services and free TV apps loaded on the stick fill the gap perfectly. I liked it so much that I bought two more sticks.

This device is beyond amazing. It’s super convenient and super easy to use. With simple clicks of a button to get you where you need to be. The voice command is also really clutch and gets you anywhere fast. Especially if you’re looking for something specific! I highly recommend this purchase.

Now if your tv doesnt support dobly atmos then maybe this wouldn't be a huge upgrade for you, but if ya got the old 4k stick, and a newer tv, then this one will brighten up your picture with crisp images, it's a tiny bit faster the the old one, but not anything to write home about, if you can get this in the bundle with the echo dot, then it's a no brainer purchase.

This latest fire stick is much better than the 1st generation fire stick I owned before. It’s much faster and the quality of picture is night and day compared to the 1st generation fire stick. I travel quite a lot and always bring this with me to watch wherever I go. Highly recommend this item to anyone looking for a portable fast and reliable streaming device.

This is a great streaming stick! I have had no issues with connectivity or speed issues and the remote is easy to use. Using Alexa too is a plus and helps make searching a bit easier. I wish it didn't need to be plugged into an outlet as other streaming sticks I have used can plug into USB on your TV but I guess this helps with speed.

I've owned a couple of these over the years, and a Firebox, but this is my first 4K Firestick. Amazon has made a lot of improvements in the speed and responsiveness of these over the last few years, as this one is so much better than my older one that I am replacing. I love how I can program all my subscriptions, like Netflix, in here and use it just like a Smart TV.

I upgraded from roku. And will never go back! Especially on my home theatre set up. The connectivity is very fast and responsive. Easy to use remote and TONS of apps. It pumps out great picture and the Dolby vision and atmos capability is incredible. I definitely recommend this.

Easy installation, it's work great.... very clear vision

The Amazon 4k Firestick in my opinion is the best streaming stick on the market. It is better than Roku and offers more than the Roku. Not to mention I feel it is much more stable than any Roku I have previously owned! It works seamlessly with Alexa for voice commands and is a great technology tool to have in your home for streaming content.

Very solid hardware and software. I've had free issues. Every once and a while an app will freeze up and I'll have to force close it, but I believe that's more on the app and not the stick. Content loads fast and looks great. It's easy to set up and offers more content than the average smart tv apps.

It's a great device loves how fast it is loves the picture quality the 4k picture quality is amazing the price is great would recommend the 4k fire stick to anyone it would make a great Christmas gift I have one on every tv in the house the wifi is great it picks up great it's very fast and snappy I love the interface looks great
