We (finally) went away from a satellite provider after several years and moved to streaming services. The Amazon Fire TV Stick has facilitated this. The initial expense was fairly high as you have to purchase a stick for each TV (unless you want to carry it around the house and wait for it to boot up each time you move it!) and we happen to have several. However, the cost to run streaming TV vs. the satellite provider means that these will pay for themselves in just a few short months and we have the same channels we had with the 'legacy service'. Highly recommended, I don't know why I didn't do this sooner!

I usually use my PS4 to watch any type of streaming service that I have. However, the fire stick allows me to do that and more. I absolutely love this thing.

Much better than the basic fire stick I purchased in 2016, Negotiates between apps easily. A plus for anyone using prime video. It takes you where you want to go in the virtual universe.

Finally had enough of AT&T/Directv raising prices for no reason. Very easy to hook up and get operating. I now have more sports options than I did with AT&T for half the price, but with Covid-19 of course I will have to wait a while to use them. I recommend watching youtube video's on use as there aren't many instructions.

I enjoy my fire stick so much, from the 4K capabilities to being able to access all my content from a simple remote. It is perfect.

Gave as Xmas gift to family without cable. Improved picture with 1-gig internet and streaming provider. More content with Prime account. Liked voice remote features not on non-4K device.

Works beautifully with our TV! Allows us to take our streaming service with us when we travel . Bought one for our child in college as well.

Fire stick works great. Easy to use. Has all the apps I need and navigating through the different programs and finding shows is easy to do.

Fits directly into HDMI and USB ports on the back of my LG TV so it doesn't require any cabling. The new remote now pairs with TV audio so it is the only remote I need for watching Amazon Fire content. The 4K processor is very fast. I have an older Amazon Fire on an older HD TV and the fast forward/reverse is much faster on the new 4K. It offers Dolby audio and video plus HDR video options so content looks good on the 4K TV. I will say that in a direct comparison with the LG build in YouTube TV and YouTube TV on the Amazon Fire TV Stick that the LG app gives better sound quality than the Amazon Fire. I think it is the LG's enhanced dialogue setting that makes the difference, and I don't think the Amazon Fire can take advantage of that. Plus the LG display setting for Sports produces noticeably brighter and sharper images watching the NHL playoffs than the Amazon Fire TV does on HDR mode. The real test of which I like better will be NFL games this fall.

Amazon fire stick neber really has any issues works great. Any problems contact amazon they will get it fixed. But they need to make them with more memory

We enjoy our firesticks. We have 4 of them. We also have a 2nd gen fire tv box. I wish they still made them. I miss having the expandable storage.

my second choice compared to Nvidia pro player. I have used this for over a year and now moving on to Fire TV max newer version.
