Great Replacement for Sony Bravia "smart" function

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The web video player inside my Sony Bravia 70" 4k TV started having problems, and Sony elected to stop supporting the Hulu app on their TVs, so I turned to the Amazon Fire Stick 4k as an alternative. I wish I had done this sooner because the Amazon interface is so much easier to navigate and use than the internal Sony functions, and I don't have any "errors" that pop up in the middle of a movie that requires the TV to be unplugged and restarted anymore.

12-yr old TV feels new again!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a 12 year old 60" Pioneer Elite Plasma TV which other than the still-rocking image, was starting to feel old, when compared to today's smart TV's. This Fire stick has made the TV awesome again. The TV's not 4K, but I bought the 4K Stick anyway... My guess is that less than 1% of today's programming is 4K, but that's besides the point. Trust me, these streaming players will make your older TV ROCK! I was surprised at the ease of setup, including controlling the TV from the Stick. Buy it!
