Easy to set up, easy to use, and so many options to choose from when looking for a movie, shows, or just wanting to listen to music. We only purchased one at first, loved it so much, ran to the store the next day and purchased another for a separate TV!

Easy and quick simple setup - 4K FireTV stick, Alexa remote control also working as expected. It has volume buttons. Quick startup and good. The best suitable time to buy would be offer times.

I upgraded to the Fire TV Stick 4K, after having my original Fire TV Stick for almost 3 years, and I couldn't be happier. I get 4K content with my Amazon Prime subscription and Netflix, so it was worth the upgrade. The increased performance didn't hurt either.

Setup was easy. Simple process to transfer existing accounts. Volume feature a benefit as we always have to have two remotes when streaming. Wish it had headphone jack like roku. This is our second amazon device.

Works perfectly. Follow all the on screen instructions to install and make sure you have access to your Amazon account before you attempt to install it. Alexa is great for finding the movies and shows you want.

The Fire Stick 4K is a great update to the previous model. I mainly purchased it for the greatly improved remote control. Performance is noticeably improved. I’m not thrilled with Amazon having so much access to my life, but they do have excellent products.

We needed to upgrade to a new fire stick (ours was four years old and had died) and sooooo glad we did! Bought it on sale and was easy to install! This stick is smoother and faster overall. Did we mention, upgrade?!

Definitely like this one compared to the first gen i have two of those models this one is a lot faster and obv clearer picture but the response time is unbeatable will be upgrading the rest of my sticks soon to this model.

Much better than than the regular firestick. It doesn’t freeze up. I also like that I can use the remote for the volume and to power off the tv. I was also able to locate the CW app, unlike on the new Samsung tv I just purchased.

I bought this to replace one of my old fire sticks. I really didn't need the 4k version or so I thought. The TV I am using it on is a High Def but not 4k. I was amazed at the improved picture quality, and the speed was doubled what the old Fire Stick had.

Great option for streaming. Affordable and has access to many of the different apps that are available for download. 4K option gives great picture quality. I will say Apple TV is easier to use...but the Fire TV is easy to adapt.

The fire stick works perfectly. It was easy to connect to existing TV. You could tell the difference between the old and new fire sticks

What an upgrade! Replaced my older fire stick with this and I get no more spinning wheel on my screen anymore! I also like how I can control my sound at with the fire stick remote now. It was also easy to set up!

Made the switch from cable to streaming and I’m glad I bought this product! Works great with Hulu live very fast loading and awesome 4K picture quality. Would recommend over the roku 4K device especially with Alexa makes it easy to look up content with.

I purchased this to replace my existing fire TV, and absolutely love it. The fire TV is amazing itself, but the added 4K content makes it that much sweeter. And with this 4K fire stick, I can also control my TV power and volume with it's remote.

I had the old version and bought this one for the 4k. Is a lot faster and the quality is better. It has a microphone included on the remote for Alexa. I'm using it on a proyector and I've never used my TV anymore.

Never was into the Amazon side of things being mainly a Google person. I was suprised how well this device works. Loads fast and even does Dolbyvision and Atmos. And the price was right. Great for updating old non-smart TVs. Would buy again!
