Great alternative if you don't have a fire tv

I had to read the reviews to verify it is 4k. But once it's set up its nice and better than all the other default screens. And Roku is pretty awful.

I love my stick

Faster connection

The 4k firestick is much faster at connecting my apps than the non 4k. Much to my surprise, it also turns my TV on and off, and controls the volume. My 3 year old Samsung curved TV could not update to get YouTube TV because Samsung has chosen not to update their older TV's with this app so the firestick was the remedy. It's faster connecting apps than my TV is too. Great buy. It has all the popular and latest apps, and many more.
