Not so great

I have Roku stick for over 4 years and still works great. Only issue with Roku was, can’t install Kodi on it. Hence, I got a new one unfortunately from Best Buy. I found a cheaper price on their website after a week and hassle to get price match. More than a month now, still no help from Customer support. Now, I can’t return it. Don’t buy from Best Buy, if you can get it in other places, horrible customer support.
