One of the remotes was lost somewhere in the house and we finally gave trying to find it. I could have purchased only to remote but I elected to buy a complete unit. When to lost remote shows up, I will have a complete spare The only complaint I have and it seems to be the same with most remote controls is that they are black. Easy to loose. This Fire Stick was purchased to replace one replace
