The first two service people could not help me,but the third person was able to help. His name was Micheal and he went over and above to get my computer up and running again. I perched my computer at Best Buy some years ago and my next one will come from there also.Best Buy is lucky to have a person like Michel working for them.

However, we have Spectrum cable and like to link with our cable channels as well. Firestick will not sync with Spectrum like Roku is set up.
