I was surprised by the audio and video improvement afforded my TV, the ease of installment and the responsive remote. I liked it so much I bought a second one for another TV. I do not know if other companies make better or worse media sticks, but I am totally satisfied with this model. I do want to point out that I bought both for half price each which is what interested me initially. Though I will recommend the device, I am not going to say whether the sticks are worth the full price or not, so I am going to give it an average rating in that category. You can decide that for yourself.

Bought a new 4K TV but it didn't have Amazon pre programmed. So I bought the Fire TV Stick and it works really well. Watched a few things in 4K and it does make a difference. And it's easy to set up and use.

This is my first Fire Stick and I love it. Works great, video quality is awesome and remote is very user friendly. There's nothing to not like about fire stick. I bought the 4k model.

I have all the streaming options out there. Roku, appletv, googlecast... firetv is much easier to use and setup. Plus the new remote has volume buttons so you don’t have to yell at your tv or find the tv remote.

easy to set up and use! I was going to tr the comcast, but this comes with it's own remote instead of using your phone. Once plugged in will update itself so you are always up to date!

This fire stick is awesome the new controller is great no need to change between tv remote and fire-stick one all in one is a great feature! Definitely faster the the regular fire stick. Definitely recommend!!

Its practically plug and play! Simple set up, ease of use, great apps, awesome pic...and more! This is the second Fire TV we have...and absolutely love them! Great option vs a cable box for a TV in a spare or kid's room!

So easy to use and I can also use the remote for my echo show 15, but I use for my projector and works wonderfully

Our fiber optics TV provider switched our service to streaming only. So instead of renting their equipment I purchased my own Fire TV Stick 4K. I was used to my coax box and remote and wasn't sure how I would like the new format. But it only took a few hours to realize how awesome this Fire Stick is. Amazingly clear sharp picture. Excellent product, exceeded my expectations.

I'm very picky on what I'll watch on tv and usually you have to upgrade to get the channels that play your specific programs on tv. Most of your cable company's start you out with a package that has maybe 90% percent junk channels. That's forcing you to upgrade to the higher prices package to be able to watch anything worth watching. Sneaky they are. But if you purchase this little item you don't pay for all those jusnk channels you never watch anyhow. You gcan choose and pay for exactly the channels you want. Very easy to hook ago. And program. Enjoy not paying thhose cable companies for channels you never watch. Only pay for what you watch.

My son installed in no time at all. It has worked just fine! I would buy another one.

I love my 4k fire stick. Very easy to use and learn. It is great for its price. The children even love it and know how to use the device also. You can't beat the price for it.

I love my new Fire stick 4K with remote. It makes the picture quality great and the he’s with having a remote is awesome. I went from two remotes to one room up which is always a plus

After a bit of getting used to the workings of the Fire Stick it's great. I like being able to talk to Alexa to find shows or change channels - even though you sometimes need to repeat yourself or change your wording it is still quicker. And I am not paying the $150 cable bill anymore. We also got a Recast to record live TV and have Prime and Sling - so we get everything we want to see. And more - we have watched series we never heard about before. It's great!

Works flawlessly and gives a great picture on a 4K TV. Easy setup and lots of TV shows and movies to watch. Download your favorite streaming apps. And affordable is a big plus.

Quality build. The remote is also quality. Price has dropped on these recently at Best Buy. This is the model that includes the volume/mute button - an absolute must so that you don't have to have two remotes anymore!!! :o). Here's my two beefs: 1) if left alone and the TV goes to 'sleep', upon waking and you start watching again, it tends to freeze. I have 3 of these (on 3 different TVs) in my home, and it has done them on all 3. The solution is to go into the settings and restart the FireTV stick. It is possible that it could be a problem with my ISP (AT&T Internet 1000), but unsure. 2) this is not specific to the Firestick, but rather, it is specific to 'internet TV'. I mention this because it was something that, while I am getting used to, I overlooked (or didn't comprehend?) this at first... and that is - if you are used to a 'numbered' channel line up, and you want to progress from the "channel 2 station" to channel 3, and 4, and 5, and so-on, internet TV may not be the system for you. This can be evidenced by the fact that there are no numbers on this remote (or any of the internet TV system remotes). The elderly may not like this switch. BUT, once you figure it out, it's pretty intuitive.

Was very easy to setup, and I love the remote control features like you can control de volume but also by voice, and very important the 4K which allow you to watch in this quality, programs offered in 4K

Replace 2 of these that were Killed in lightning storm. These newer models work faster and the quality is better. Still easy to use that's why I repurchased them.

Amazon Fire- TV stick 4K with Alexa voice remote is great, easy to use and makes streaming so much easier. Great product.
