Much better than the previous generation. Was able to connect to my echo dot and I am now able to completely control my TV from the Fire stick remote. Goodbye 3 remotes now all I need is one.

Like the original, it’s easy to set up and use for virtually any steaming service/app out there. Just make sure you have a 4K TV. It can’t magically turn your non-4K TV into a 4K TV.

Got a great deal and easy to use. The 4K version was cheaper than the one without 4K capabilities. It was a steal and the kids are happy with the purchase.

We have now replaced all of our original Amazon FireTV Sticks and AFTV Gen 2 Boxes with these AFTV Stick4Ks. We have found that the higher performance hardware of these AFTV Stick4Ks seem to have resulted in less instances of excessive buffering while streaming during peak viewing periods. The only negative for me is that the Stick4K now longer has a built-in Ethernet port like the Gen 2 Box. But since I don't have the Ethernet routed to the TVs, I don't find it necessary to reduce my star rating, Anyone with Ethernet routed to their TV(s) and considering this AFTV Stick4K will need to acquire several additional pieces of hardware.

Excellent features for the price. I also own a current generation Apple TV 4K, which is a far superior product than this one but it had better be at the high price. The main functionality that the Apple TV has that I wish the Amazon Fire had is the ability to use voice to enter text directly, for example if you’re in the YouTube app and want to search.

I really like this device. Great picture and have not had any issues with streaming thus far. Can use the same apps I have on my Apple TV device.

This is definitely worth the investment. It is easy to set up (as long as you remember your passwords). The picture looks great and I've not had any problems with buffering.

I have purchased multiple fire sticks over the course of 6 months. For the price, no other streaming device comes close. Not to mention there are multiple improvements with the 4K model.

it is very easy to setup. Just few steps after connecting to TV. I was try using couple Android boxes but this device is a high quality convenient stream device.

I have them in two rooms in the house and they have been used everyday. This new version of fire stick runs smooth and fast. Recommended for all cord cutters. 4K shows on 4K tv’s look great.

The addition of the on/off and volume controls is just what this needed and well worth the slight additional cost over the basic Firestick. Extremely easy to set up, too. Very happy.

Easy to set up and awesome product. I am using this with my projector so that I can get my local cable service without having a cable box hooked up.

Replaced the chromecast in the kitchen, the integrated UI and a physical remote makes the experience feel a lot more seemless. Plus, for $30, it's a steal.

Purchased this as a replacement for my second generation firestick. The 4K stick is fast and very responsive. I love how I can control my tv and the stick with the single remote.

Great stick for streaming. Allows multiple Apps to be installed and very flexible viewing, Voice commands make it easier instead of typing. Highly recommended.
