This stick blows the previous one away in speed, function, and value. For a couple of bucks more this is amazing. You get volume control and universal remote functions.

I found the new 4K (HDR) Firestick to function much better than the 2nd Gen Firestick. It downloads app pages much faster. And with the added on/off function of the TV, and controlling my surround system volume/mute, awesome. There are no special settings to get through to use those functions! I was using the Ethernet adapter on the 2nd Gen Stick, but found it useless to use with this Stick. It only caused interference problems and appears to only see WiFi. So I unplugged the adapter and went with just using the WiFi. The interference stopped and now it works great! Now to only get a 4K TV!

I was surprised by the performance. In the real world, it is as fast or feels slightly faster than the Fire TV Box 2. To me that, is pretty awesome considering this stick is a lot smaller than the box. I love the Fire platform. It suits our needs wonderfully. Only negative about the Fire platform ( not this product ), is that Google and Amazon are still in their war. This means YouTube does not have great support on the Fire stick. You have to use a browser app such as Silk or Firefox to view YouTube. It works ok. If we want to watch YouTube, we normally use a Chromecast and cast the video from one of our Android phones.

Great device. Easy set up, user friendly remote. Great to have to cut the cord.

I was very curious about all the hype surrounding the Amazon fire stick. So when the opportunity came around to own one I jumped on it. I was very surprised at how easy it was to set it up. I was happy that the directions that came with it were so straightforward. I liked the intuitive feature it seems to have. It’s also nice to have one remote that controls the apps on my tv so smoothly.

This has exceeded my expectations. The 4K is truly nice and clear. The remote works great and is super easy to program. In fact, it does it automatically. NICE!

Easy to use Small Distance control, for me great. Because is a streaming device you most be sure you have a good quality internet company. No regrets

Love this product purchased as an upgrade to my outdated firestick. The updated version is much quicker and easier to use.

This was onsale pre Christmas and was a replacement of a standard 4k Fire stick remote that had been eaten by dog. Purchased unit works just as good or better than original with buttons to access Disney and other apps directly from selection buttons.

Absolutely love Fire Stick! It is so easy to use and I love the voice Alexa feature. Also it has the volume control which is super convenient.

Works great very easy setup if you have a non smart TV and internet this is a good cheap way to go to start steaming TV shows,I have an older smart TV that would not accept the APPLE TV app and I didn't want to buy an expensive APPLE TV device this works great, also will stream from many other sources (You do need an Amazon account in the set up process)

First fire stick purchase. I was intimidated at first but it was so easy to set up and connect everything. The remote is really nice too.

These little things are amazing. They get data from the WiFi so I can watch YouTube on an older tv. Very simple to use and good quality.

Compared to my old fire stick, this one is FASTER! I love it. The updated remote with the volume control is a definite improvement on an already solid product.

excellent device, though i wish amazon goes full android and allows the PlayStore to be accessible. It is faster than the older gens and the addition of the apps buttons makes the remote almost perfect. Highly recommended. And easy to travel with.

This is my fourth fire stick. These things are awesome! Even if you don't have a 4k tv get the 4k version. It runs much faster. It is a world of a difference.
