I contacted the seller, who responded immediately and resolved my issue. I can hardly wait to get my replacement, and enjoy the beauty and protection it will be for my laptop.

I am a little upset with amazon because they say most of the apps are free to use, not true they are free to DOWNLOAD but most of them have a monthly charge. so really you could end up spending more than if you had the top tier of a cable or satelite system.
