I can’t believe I waited so long to purchase a fire stick I take it With me when I am visiting family so we can have movie night

easy to install, easy to program, easy to use, great value.

The sound and picture through the 4k firestick is better than the xbox or cable modem. Has been a great investment at sale price.

4k is worth the extra $10. Great product. I love it. Wish it had a tv guide button on it is as the lower price ones do.

This is my third Firestick. This makes me a fool or an optimist, you decide, but every one I've had has left me far too frequently gritting my teeth in frustration The first and second versions simply died at the tender ages of about 18 months. The third version, which I had sincerely hoped Amazon would fine tune, plagues me with the same problems the first two did. 1. The unit has a host of little glitches that can only be fixed by "rebooting": unplugging the stick from power, waiting a short time and reconnecting. The glitches; forgetting all your account details (asking you to sign up or login for services such as Netflix, Showtime, etc.); "double printing" TV images (new screens appearing but the old screen not being removed); back button failures (return button reverts not to the last screen, but some random screen in the more distant past); and other issues that at very least interrupt the continuity of viewing and at worst requiring a reboot in the middle of watching. I had two incidents of that during the WWC soccer tournament that drove me nuts. 2. Despite having a reliable 60 mbps internet connection, I get programs interrupted with a false "Signal lost" message and shut down. i have NEVER gotten a true signal loss message. This has even happened while my phone is showing me full signal strength, To fix this, I have to return to the home screen and start all over. Inconvenient while watching a movie or taped show, a bigger problem while watching Hulu live. I want Firestick to not have these problems. Unfortunately, like other things Amazon, the company seems less interested in fixing/perfecting their products than they are in selling them in the first place.

I plugged this into a monitor and it gave me the ability to turn it into a miniature television with all the capabilities of a smart tv!

Sometimes it says to take off some apps, but overall good as I use my Roku for most apps. I like the net on it.

If you already have Amazon Prime if all your components are compatible the Amazon Fire TV cube is amazing........ But if not you have a overhyped glorified firestick. The bad news is this Amazon is way more odd than any Echo I own. the main problem I have is it doesn't recognize TV shows inside subscriptions inside Amazon Prime which is super annoying. second when hooked up to a soundbar the volume of Alexa changes dramatically she'll be speaking softly in response to your question and then suddenly they will kick on to the Soundbar and she'll just be Extremely Loud. For anyone that got it on a Black Friday you've made a great score, for everyone else like myself who paid retail not necessarily worth it. I keep reading that updates are coming which is the reason why I'm keeping it. the problems and issues I have with the unit are purely software-related not hardware-related so I'm hoping they will be fixed by Future software updates. And I am recommending this simply because it is really Nifty and I'm having a lot of faith that my issues will be fixed with updates

Best item to buy, my tv was not picking WiFi at all and signal kept dropping. I picked this up and WiFi works wayyy better. Very easy to install and easy to use no regrets

I have a high-def tv but it wasn't smart, so I couldn't easily access all the modern amenities. This converted it to a more amenable television, and now I have access to more modern forms of entertainment and conveniences. The only issue was that it didn't draw power from the TV directly, so I needed to use the cable. This was not the most elegant and presentable way to connect to juice, so I graded it to reflect this. It may be my tv, idk. Still, its the matter, and I am not grading my tv.

I am highly surprised by this version of the Firestick. I have the 1st series and was skeptical to upgrade. I am glad to see the new features.

Good streaming device though sometimes I find it freezes on screen saver screen and have to unplug it to start working again.

Got this primarily to Run the Karafun karaoke app on my TV. Works flawlessly with very quick responses to the button pushes. Attractive menu and easy to use GUI. The ask Alexa feature built into the remote is handy and can be entertaining all by itself.

I thought the volume would control the stuff on the firestick but it is like a universal remote control and does the tv, not the firestick. Other than that, it's is a great item to turn any TV into a smart TV to watch apps on. I have three in my home now on old tvs.

My old firestick suddenly refused to recognize my 500Mbps internet. Neither the wifi nor the ethernet cable would get me a connection over 47Mbps. Connected this new one and 500Mbps is back.

It works well and is quick and snappy. Sometimes I have issues connecting to some apps.

The Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K has been a great purchase...even bought 2 of them since they were on sale. Setup was a breeze on each television. The voice command feature is great, once you figure out the right command prompts to say. Plenty of pre-loaded APP options to choose from for your streaming providers.

Fire stick is a programable device. I have been able to get many more programs at a cheaper cost than cable or satellite.
