We had an older Fire TV Stick and decided to upgrade to the 4K since our televisions are 4K. We are very happy with the picture quality.

Love using this for 4k HDR streaming on my smart TV that is apparently 'too old' to download Disney+ I also try to watch youtube on this instead of the TV's app because this supports HDR. the Youtube app on this isn't that great at pairing with the phone via chromecast, however

I can't say enough good things about this stick. I thought having a Sony Bravia android tv was enough. This until gives me way more content options to enjoy. Glad I went with the 4k version especially with the extra processing speed. I will definitely get another one soon.

Bought a new Smart TV and hoped I could use the features in it the same way a Fire Stick does. Unfortunately, it's just not the same, so I bought this. It controls my TV as well as the Amazon streaming services. Glad I bought it!

I got it on a sale and it was a good value for money. Roku interface is better, but I got this for a specific purpose which I could fulfill.

This Firestick is amazing. The 4K images are incredible. In fact, it's caused me to seriously consider upgrading my TV. The one "criticism" is that setup was slightly different to earlier Firesticks but it was ok.

The instructions were easy to follow. However, I wasn't able to get things connected and working on the first try or second try. I was finally successful but not sure what I was or wasn't doing. The fact that my TV was an old 720dpi might have had something to do with my connection problem. Only one HDMI port on TV. A customer service HELP line would have been nice since I am a senior citizen and not very tech smart. Accessing Amazon prime was easy since I am a Prime customer.

Alot of items are subscribtion based. Good item for the price.

I love my Amazon Firestick I purchased from Best Buy! I placed my order online and chose curbside pickup, my order was ready in an hour and curbside pickup was a breeze. Installing and setting up my Amazon Firestick was also a breeze!

Fair price, works fine. Just does not work with Xfinity remote. Need to use multiple remotes.

You can't go wrong with this one. Definitely get the 4k fire stick over the standard one. Faster response time. Recommend.

This was the upgrade I needed over the Original firestick, I was not sure if I would see a difference but I did and it was way better.

This Fire Stick 4k with the Voice remote, works very well. It is a lot easier and quicker to search Movies and Programs that one may want to find.

This is a great easy to use device. I find that I have to reboot it twice a month, which is annoying but otherwise works great

It works well and is quick and snappy. Sometimes I have issues connecting to some apps.

I bought this so I could get dish anywhere for a second home in other places we visit. Wish I had all firesticks instead of roku's. The remote paired easily and eliminated the need for my remote with my TV. Love to joystick, so much easier than the roku's up and down buttons.

It’s a great value especially on sale compared to Apple TV. So many option and things to download and watch.

Love it!!! Best purchase I have ever made in my life. The Amazon firestick takes the control that cable providers once had and Amazon has given it to the customer so they can watch whatever they want whenever they want to watch it!!!

I am very please with my purchase. I do like the various choices of streaming options. I like the voice activation option. I did find it took longer than I expected to get it loaded and setup. Although it had the connecting hdmi cord, between the stiffness and length of the cord it was a tight fit into the HDMI and only fit into one of the two slots and stuck out the side of the tv. it looks like the weight of the ac chord may put too much tension on the connection over time.
