I placed my order online and chose curbside pickup, my order was ready in an hour and curbside pickup was a breeze. Installing and setting up my Amazon Firestick was also a breeze!

I'm afforded more options than what is provided with a smart television, so I turn off the Wi-Fi to the television and turn on the Fire tv stick 4K. One annoying problem I have with the 4K device vs a regular Fire Stick is the fact the 4K version often times have issues with lip to voice matching. I can be distracting to watch people's lips moving and their actual words be delayed; not good.

The quality of the streaming video is great...Much better than cable. And the number of apps available on the fire stick is amazing. Totally happy with this purchase.

I thought having a Sony Bravia android tv was enough. This until gives me way more content options to enjoy. Glad I went with the 4k version especially with the extra processing speed. I will definitely get another one soon.

The Amazon firestick takes the control that cable providers once had and Amazon has given it to the customer so they can watch whatever they want whenever they want to watch it!!!

However, I wasn't able to get things connected and working on the first try or second try. I was finally successful but not sure what I was or wasn't doing. The fact that my TV was an old 720dpi might have had something to do with my connection problem. Only one HDMI port on TV. A customer service HELP line would have been nice since I am a senior citizen and not very tech smart. Accessing Amazon prime was easy since I am a Prime customer.

Unfortunately, it's just not the same, so I bought this. It controls my TV as well as the Amazon streaming services. Glad I bought it!

This will give your TV all of those capabilities. You can access anything you want like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc. Also you have the nice added touch of Alexa, who you can use for quick commands and/or searches. Well worth the price.
