I have owned the Amazon-fire stick remote unit for 1 month and love it! Especially with new stay at home conditions sensibly required upon the public. I don't like these conditions, but they are reasonable. The fire stick helps open new avenues of entertainment.

We just got this firestick a few days ago. It's had issues when we connect it to Plex. I'm not sure if it's the Plex app or the firestick, but it will say it's connected to Plex then I'll ask it to play something then it all the sudden says Plex isn't even on. One feature I wish it had was that the voice control on the remote activates without touching/holding down the button. Seems pointless to tell it what to do if you have the remote in your hand and can get to whatever faster than along it to do it for you.

I love this product. It gives me the opportunity to watch tv in my office without paying extra through my regular service provider.

Good as always have been no problem this is my third one I like them all it’s easy to install a lot of stuff to watch

The Amazon Fire TV Stick is a good product once you get it set up. I had a difficult time getting the Fire Stick set up. I tried it on three TV sets around my house without success. On two sets the signal was too weak to connect to WiFi. Eventually I connected it to the TV beside my modem and router and in a few days it connected. I don't know what I did to get it working.

Even almost 2 years later the Firestick still works well. My only complaint is that I am now running out of space so only download the apps you really use. Love the voice remote which also includes volume control, the main reason I upgraded my FIreTV stick.

Happy with the purchase and in fact we did a exchange as the 1st remote had issues. without any questions asked Best buy replaced us with a new remote

Have been using the device since a month and very easy to use and great remote too

My only gripe is that we sites claim it works with Directv now, but it doesn’t. It’s great for most apps though.
