Good but not perfect

However, my problem is that it prompts whatever junk “they” want to push and I have to wait a few seconds for my recents/favorites menu line to load. This is very frustrating!!! My recents menu line should load immediately - I know what I want to watch and do not need, or want, “their” suggestions!! Maybe there’s a way to turn off suggestions but haven’t learned how yet.

Wonderful menu-driven device!

This device restored those services plus allowed direct connect to my in home network. Got it on sale and very pleased with the results.

Great cheap streaming stick

They’ve fixed both issues in the 4K stick and it actually performs faster than my more expensive Fire Cube and 2nd gen Fire TV box. Really impressive, going to get a couple more!

Website says they have it in stock so bought online. Next day went to store and I couldn’t get it until Saturday because I bought it online. I had to wait 4 days. I bought the Ethernet adapter on amazon as Best Buy didn’t carry it. I received that the next day. I should have bought both from amazon. If you buy it online and they have it in stock at the store you should be able to get it the next day. Lessen learned.

Frustrating Setup

I had a difficult time getting the Fire Stick set up. I tried it on three TV sets around my house without success. On two sets the signal was too weak to connect to WiFi. Eventually I connected it to the TV beside my modem and router and in a few days it connected. I don't know what I did to get it working.

I had to buy this separately in the past. As it took up two spaces on the tv. I truly appreciate the improvements. It's like someone thought about things

Great for someone without a smart tv

You are a few clicks away from turning your Dumb tv into a smart tv. You can access your favorite music to your favorite tv shows or movies as well as surf the web.
