This fire TV stick was very easy to install. Downloading the apps is not that simple for us. It is a little confusing.

Device works very well we've had several generations of the fire stick have one in the bedroom and one in the living room

Installation and operation of the fire stick was relative easy. The Alexa voice remote is also a good feature.

Easy to plug and play. Works in most of the TVs. Worth the price.

This is my 2nd fire stick and they all work great. I highly recommend this product for anybody who doesn’t have a smart TV (first purchased) or just want to expand the possibilities of their smart TV (this purchase)

I love how small it is, but that is also its biggest issue. Its too heavy to be hanging from the cable. It also doesn't have enough memory. I could not install all of the apps I use. Biggest gripe is that it overheats frequently causing a pink screen until it crashes. Design needs a fan or at the very least vents. Not meant to be on for long periods of time.

I bought this item to watch my streaming services. Works well. I’m happy with this purchase.

I hey for the second time, my Amazon fire tv, and i feel confortable, os easy and faster set up.

Easy to hook up and enjoying it every chance I get .kids love it they are always using it so easy to use and to hook up this fire stick is the bomb I think every one should have one and if you dont have one you are missing out ..

Good addition to have if you want to expand your smart home technology. Synchs with Amazon echo (“Alexa”) and helpful backup to have if you have installed apps on your TV directly and something goes wrong. Also provides on demand shows that often times your cable provider doesn’t have listed yet. 4K quality and lots of apps to chose from. Not a fan of the remote which could be better but if you buy a cover that helps with grip and clicking.

Got it on sale Works perfectly.l for the price even better. I had to replace my first fire stick that was purchase on 2015 since it was slow and not working properly. Love the Alexa feature. It gets the job done. Totally recommend.

I bought this for my mom to access the latest version of Netflix, since her smart tv was no longer getting firmware updates. Also she is older and being able to use voice to search is easier for her than having to type out her queries.

The Fire TV 4K is something I was hesitent to buy, however, when I started to use it more and more I love the integration with my Amazon Echo. Plus you get Alexa built in to the device itself which is pretty awesome. You can tell her to open apps and even ask questions.

Easy to use product. Lightning in the stick would be helpful at night.

I like Amazon Prime. They have tons of stuff to watch. The remote could used some tweeking. It also turns the sound bar on and off. You have to make sure the remote is aimed directly at the tv and the sound bar. Once I have loaded a movie the sound comes on at full blast. This is not an issue with the sound bar. I also have Roku and do not need to aim the remote at all. There is an app for Amazon Prime that can be downloaded on the Roku remote, which is what I use in my bedroom.

I am highly surprised by this version of the Firestick. I have the 1st series and was skeptical to upgrade. I am glad to see the new features.

I bought this because Comcast Xfinity App doesn't work on Roku outside of your own home wifi. It took a few days to get used to the controls but it's not bad. There are on occasions that it seems to freeze up monetarily, my wifi speed where im stsying is good, and im only in the first bedroom from the router. Otherwise it serves the purpose while Im traveling and can hook up to my home tv via the app.
