I had to replace my first fire stick that was purchase on 2015 since it was slow and not working properly. Love the Alexa feature. It gets the job done. Totally recommend.

Needs improvement

Its too heavy to be hanging from the cable. It also doesn't have enough memory. I could not install all of the apps I use. Biggest gripe is that it overheats frequently causing a pink screen until it crashes. Design needs a fan or at the very least vents. Not meant to be on for long periods of time.

Reliable - Voice Search Best for Older Adults

Also she is older and being able to use voice to search is easier for her than having to type out her queries.
