Never had any issues. The curb side pick up I used for the resent purchase of the Amazon Stick was simple and fast. Quility products and friendy staff always at Best Buy.

Great but the control is odd

I love the firestick but the controller breaks easy if your kiddo finds out there are games they can purchase. Lol :/

Must upgrade

I bought this one for my mom and dad.It is a simple format I have got them use to.They are not tech savvy people but with the firestick they can navigate and literally watch anything.I have these on all 6 tvs in my house.I choose these because they are reliable and they work!

I'm still setting it up but find what I have set up enjoyable. Need to finish up when my daughter-in-law is able to help me. The "Stay at Home" order is stopping us from getting together at this time.

Love the upgrade

It works great and I would recommend it to anyone trying to cut the cord and not use cable anymore.

Great roku alternative

This connected and controlled the tv automatically! The menu is different but simple and the Alexa control seems to work pretty well.

Much improved over the first generation

The new version for 4K is great as it is not as cumbersome as the first generation, and the new remote is perfect.

So much more easier to navigate around. Plus not to mention all the extra possibilities you can do with it. I also love how it just plugs into your tv directly and doesn’t waste space on the entertainment center
