Since i purchased a smart t.v., there is no need for this except for being able to "jail break" it to get movies.

But this fire stick does freeze every so often... but worth the headache rather then dealing with incompetent people who work at Xfinity!

Only thing I see that it lacks is the ability to change the input on the television so that you can switch back and forth from Air tv to streaming. Alexa can't seem to make it happen.

I could add multiple apps for free. With 4k fire stick , it was much better quality than my old fire tv stick a non 4k one.
