I just wish there were more directions/guidance on how to use each of the services and what comes with each service.

Pretty Typical TV Remote

The volume controls can be finicky at times and the build quality is pretty cheap and plastic like most TV remotes. It gets the job done, and thankfully this remote includes voice and volume control unlike the "Lite" model.

Amazon Fire TV Stick

Had some issues with the power cube, but replaced the cube with one from an old Samsung tablet I used to use.

But this fire stick does freeze every so often... but worth the headache rather then dealing with incompetent people who work at Xfinity!

Since i purchased a smart t.v., there is no need for this except for being able to "jail break" it to get movies.
