    Two problems I have with it. One occasionally it just going through the starting process where it says fire stick then it goes to fire stick ready but doesn’t start. The second problem which happens more is it doesn’t hold the WiFi signal. I’ll be watching a movie and it keeps playing but it goes silent. Then it’ll say no signal.

    First stick was defective; Geek squad suggested returning. Returned and troubleshooting by Geek Squad and works great. Can see what we want.
