Doesn’t work with Spectrum Cable

We purchased this in Florida and were told it would work to replace the rental digital cable box we Were required to have in WNY. Got home, no luck and too late to return it. Should have got a Roku

Excellent streaming device but...

However, they need to make it easier to replace batteries in the remote. It's very difficult to remove the back panel to get to the batteries.
