Hard to get used to & not many buttons on remote

Had difficulty setting up but finally go it to work. We have 3 and 1 we called Amazon and they had to replace it because it wouldn't work.

Way more responsive and powerful than the apps built in to most smart TV's from any manufacturer. Netflix, Amazon, HBO and most apps look better and interface best with this device. it's a no brainier if you already have Amazon prime
