While this Fire-Stick works quite well with Hi-Speed Wi-Fi, it will Not even Connect to the Local Wi-Fi Router with SSID/Password, if less than 50 M_bits Rate. Unfortunately, the Error Info does Not indicate that it is Speed-Related; instead just Ambiguous Message, stating Unknown Network Error. However, when measuring Internet & Wi-Fi Speed, noticed it was only 25 - 35 Mbs. Plugged in Older Fire-Stick at 1080 HD, (Not Ultra 4K), and no more Network Issues.. When this Ultra 4K Fire-Stick is utilized in a Hi-Speed Wi-Fi Environment, everything works well. Remote Control automatically learns Smart TV Power & Volume, and works with other Streaming Services besides Amazon-Prime, such as You-Tube, Netflix, etc. Overall, I would recommend it; just be sure when you travel, that Vacation-Spot has Hi-Speed Wi-Fi..

This streamer is great and easy to use for cord cutters, especially you can use one remote for your TV and volume control.

Excellent fire stick. Everything is easy to use as it is nice to have a home base for all of your apps, besides Amazon prime video. I wouldn't necessarily purchase this version unless you have a WiFi setup that takes advantage of WiFi -6 technologies and speed and/or a frequent viewer of 4k content with Dolby vision.

I bought this as a replacement for my first one. This one is a lot faster than my older one. The remote is upgraded also

Awesome Purchase!! Why did I wait so long? I've known about the Fire Stick for some time, but held off since we've had smart TVs. While both the FS and Smart TVs both can used to launch premium programming, the Fire Stick is much better at organizing and sorting everything out ...... plus it has the ability to easily switch between tvs without loosing anything. Definitely worth the minor investment to purchase the Fire Stick.

One of the best purchases i have made recently, I currently have a 13 year Toshiba that i also bought from Best Buy that is not a smart TV so now im able to download all my apps and watch with one controller... Again an awesome purchase..

This is a great product. I had before a Fire TV Stick Lite and I bought this additional, in the 4K version. This is much better. It connected almost immediately to my TV so I don't use the TV control any longer. Alexa works perfectly. I believe Alexa's algorithm is much better than Siri's as using the voice control gave accurate results. Very happy with this Fire TV Stick 4K!

use this on my bedroom tv and it's so easy to use. voice use is perfect. bought a second for living room.

Bought this because I was informed it was compatible with the Spectrum TV app. Unfortunately it is not! Decided to keep it because the HBOmax app does work with it. It's a nice device and simple to use.

Love the remote especially worth the built in voice control. The kids can navigate with it with ease.

Some apps are really hard to get working and sometimes result in a lot of "return back to menu and go back to it." These are not the Netflix, Hulu, Sling etc; but like the News and Local news Channels. The device would not sign me into my provider, rather I'd had to wait a day after installation for a delayed "Sign into your provider message." After that, every app that gave me a problem instantly allowed me to sign in. I hope you dont encounter what i did, but as of now the device works fine with no major issues but i would not want to recommend this to someone and have to help them through that issue, i wont do it. So go buy a smart TV thats 4k uhd which allows you to use Amazon Apps with your Amazon Subscription. Make that your next TV upgrade if you do not stick with the Firestick.
