Had to constantly reboot it because it would stop working all the time. It finally would not work at all except to show the menu screen, which suddenly was enlarged with about 25% of the image cut off from the screen. It was impossible to reset the controls--it would just say it was not connected to the Internet while indicating that it was connected. My nephew, who is very good with anything electronic, checked it out and he could not reconnect it. While checking, he discovered the Fire TV Stick was severely overheated, so we took it out and I threw it away. I have completely reset to defaults recently and start with fresh with installing new apps and been working fine

Pause to long.
