First Fire TV stick, very easy to set up and use. Voice control is great and works. Great product. Have not had any issues with it.

I really like this new device as it packs a lot of power at a great price.The new remote control is very handy as well. No more searching for the TV remote to adjust the volume or turn off power. The only thing I expected to have more memory not just 8GB other than that it's a great device I recommend it

This is the best. We cancelled the wasteland of cable years ago — so much money for garbage. We tried HDMI cables to laptops, Sony boxes, and window antennas. Nothing really worked. This device is the answer. Streaming services like Netflix and Hulu and PBS and other news. And it’s easy to set up and use.

I had to buy the newest version of Amazon Fire TV stick so I could download the YouTube TV app (does not work on the previous generation stick). Anyways, I am happy with my purchase. And, having the power button to turn on and off the TV and Amazon app along with the volume control is a plus!

I ordered this product because: 1. It was on sale 2. Satellite companies are playing games with channel providers. This product's instructions are simple and it is very easy to set up. The menus seem to be laid out very well so that most things are easy enough to find. Honestly, I would have scored this 5 stars but I found there is some lag which is just for 1 second and it rarely happens. Nothing to worry about.

It’s a fire stick. Works as advertised and Best Buy had a variety in stock. The reason we needed a replacement, I think, is because our cat knocks things off tables and I’m pretty sure our original fire stick was knocked into a waste basket without either my husband or I knowing. Set up is simple.

I bought this for a Christmas present for our friend, while it was also on sale. I already own 2 of these in my house and these work great for streaming on devices that don't have it built in (I bring one of these on vacation with me and hook up at the places we stay at on my own private network).

I was amazed by the huge number of TV channels that Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice has. I wish it would have been purchased a long time ago. This is an excellent product and would highly recommend this reasonably priced device.

I had a second television but only one cable box. So I bought the Fire Stick. There is a library of apps to download including games. The fire stick requires a plug but there is an extension for the HDMI port. It has a pretty standard way to connect to the internet. The remote is an issue, sometimes you have press and continue to hold the main button, other times you can just tap it to change screens. Navigating the screens will take getting use to. I think it is cheap for what it can do.

Easy to set up. Works as expected. Added this to older model Samsung TV and it actually makes the picture look better.

Love it! Easier to use than Roku stick and you can always find on sale somewhere

This was the best thing i bought for my Parents who are not tech savvy They love it they have a 5 year old tv now its a smart one lol my mom loves the apps .I would recommend this to all senior citizens who love tv and looking for a lower bill on cable or getting rid of the rabbit ears.

Excellent purchase. Exactly as described. Only difference between this and the cheaper one is that this one has a volume button. You can save a couple bucks by getting the cheaper one and using your tv remote. Definitely recommend either one. I actually have both, myself.

Great product! Its easy to use and its great that is come with a HDMI extension cable too so the device doesn't get broken. One important thing to know is that the remote is ONLY programmed to each device separately and can't be used on multiple ones so don't lose the remote.

Like the voice remote. Makes it very easy to use. We have a problem with good internet in our area or would be excellent!

Bought this product for my daughter tv in her room. Now have one in three rooms. Will be getting another one for my grandson room. Love the product. Once again, customer service at Bestbuy is great and people are courteous. Would recommend Bestbuy to friends and family.

I actually bought two of these to upgrade my televisions' ability to stream. They do the job and are worth the price.

What else can be said about these that have not already been said. If you are looking for a great tool to help anyone get into using apps or cord cutting this is one for the books. Initial set up takes a few hrs but once it is set up let the fun voice talking begin.

I found this device to be easy to connect. Insturctions very easy to follow, it was affordable. However, maybe should include maybe a months subscription towards movies. Considering families are mostly home now due to Covid 19. None the less I really enjoy this device.

Amazon Firestick is great. It has the features and so much more. I highly recommend it. I watch a lot of films.
