All I needed was a new remote and they cost almost as much as the plug in device. My advice is to purchase additional coverage so if your remote breaks it will be replaced.

The way the package is worded makes you think you will get lots of FREE channels to watch TV. However that's not completely true. You get Pluto TV free with very limited shows. Multiple channels but those channels repeat the same shows over and over and over. If you really want anything to watch you have to pay for a subscription. The multiple channels are not worth anything. If it wasn't for the fact that I had best buy rewards I wouldn't have got it. Since I did it cost me $11. Otherwise I would have taken it back asap. I would not recommend this product. If your TV has apps just download Hulu, Netflix, Disney plus, etc. DO NOT BUY!!

Couldn't useYouTube without having to Sign in every single time, very frustrating. Unfinished product.

One does not work properly, I have returned it and got replacement unit, but still does not work as well as it should. Other two work fine.

About every second day I need to unplug the FireStick from the power source for about 30 seconds, Otherwise, I get only a black screen on the TV. Several times a week I need to turn the TV on and off to be able to get audio. All in all the product leaves a lot to be desired, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend,

I would recommend going for a Chromecast or even a Roku TV if possible.
