Have found that just problem it's a little bit more complicated than their original Amazon Fire stick What this particular Firestick you have a different set up plus it have icons that won't show up maybe like 5 but when you look it up it tells you that you will see the icons when they updated so until then you have to Guess what icon it is unless you click on it, then you would know, And it takes a little longer to process it on your TV

The Amazon - Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote (includes TV controls) is a great product to have, even I prefer to use it the Amazon Fire TV Stick on my Smart TV than the Apps on the TV. Is a great streaming device back it up by Amazon.

I visited the Southlake location to purchase the latest Mac Book with the M1 processor. None were in stock. The sales associate assisted me with the online order. I didn't look over my receipt when he placed the order to ensure the laptop with the M1 processor was being ordered. Much to my disappointment I received the one with Intel 5. I chose not to return it because I really needed the laptop to complete an important task.

I purchase this item for my annual snowmobile trip in maine for 3 months. Even with the poor wifi quality i have in the cabin, it works excellent. The alexa voice controls on the remote works effortlessly as well. I have bought another one for home!

This is my 3rd fire stick I love everything it can do just wish they didn't do the most recent update it's a little bit more confusing to find all the apps I used regularly! Overall it's a great device and I do not use cable !

went some one told me about it fire stick with Alexa voice i was Amazing about it but you must have member like Walt Disney, Hulu, etc. it does work and they do have free one too i do enjoyed to what special went you can not for it cable too

I am so glad that Best Buy had this in stock. It's an excellent product with complete instructions. The young lady who helped me was just as helpful as other Best Buy employees have been in the past. I appreciate her professionalism.

Works pretty good, but at times freezes and have to restart. This may be an internet problem.

Works great with no problems installing. All that was necessary was to plug into a usb port on the tv and the software did all of the remaining work. A lot of free channels became instantly available.

Everything I need to do amazing in every function it represents fast and responsive would definitely recommend. Think that the volume buttons and power button was bit much to add $10 so the fire tv stick life would probably be better for your buck.

Easy to use and not big and bulky, although would like to see them in different colors.
