This firestick is for my granddaughter for Christmas and should work fine for different apps that have been added for entertainment.

Better for 3rd Party Apps

If you're a real cord cutter, you'll want a Fire TV Stick for sure! ROKU still has a better interface but for flexibility, go with the FIRE TV STICK!

Great for my daughter to watch TV in their room

Their Smart TV is old and none of the apps are supported by their respective developers anymore so I needed this so they can download the apps to watch TV in their room.

Decent but not fantastic

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We got this because the Roku didn’t have HBO Max but the Firestick did then we found out we couldn’t stream Peacock from the Firestick...& then Roku got HBO Max. We prefer the Roku as the Firestick seems to be glitchy sometimes when logging into apps & has to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset it and a few small glitchy streaming issues. It’s not horrible and we do like it but we prefer the Roku.

All the features and hardly any buttons. Also, we're using it to connect our older TV to Fort Collins' new Connexion city wide network. It is working great.
