    The remote has a sleek design, but is a little vague for those of us not very tech-savvy. I also wish the remote were more "universal" to use with other devices. Still checking out all the menus, apps, and options provided.

    I purchase tw of this Amazon Fire TV sticks for a friend to expand his tv viewing capabilities. He and his wife were very happy with the installed products and use them daily. The Alexa voice option require a little effort.

    G-kids lost other firestick and had to replace...just used remote portion. A week later the Samsung TV died. Hope it will work another Amazon Fire TV I just bought. Battery cover is a 8itch to get open though.

    Like the new volume buttons they have added. quality overall of stick is the same as before. Only issue is that the keys over time get sticky, especially the middle control key
