This is our second Firestick. My first did not have VOLUME control. This is the one to buy, it has BOTH VOLUME and VOICE control! Makes tuning into your favorite movie , show or app a breeze.

Let me tell ya, the new Amazon firestick is worth every penny. Easy to hookup and with Alexa built in, you cant lose. I am going to purchase another firestick very soon. Good buy at Best Buy!!

excellent device, I have Apple TV and yet I bought this for my parents and it works quite well! I think that after Apple TV it is the best, also its price is super low.

I was hesitant to get a firestick. I figured it couldn't be better than cable. I was wonderfully surprised. Plus, I was given 30 days of free sling TV. I couldn't be more please. Bye bye cable.

My mother recently cancelled her cable due to her in ability to operate the remote because of arthritis in her hands. The COX voice remote was the solution for a while but the placement of the microphone button made it difficult to continue using the remote. We decided it was time for mom to meet Amazon Alexa and see if they could get along. With the installation of the Firestick and Echo from Amazon, my mom no longer has to use her hands to watch television. Now they're great friends and my mom is so happy to have Alexa in her life.

This is our 2nd Fire Stick. Easy to setup, great way to access most of the pay for and free movie services. Works great when we take it on vacation or move it from one TV to another.

This device is wonderful for converting a TV to a smart TV. Just plug in and you can stream Netlflix, Amazon, etc (of course with a subscription). Very easy to use and effective.

This is the third Amazon Fire TV Stick that I have purchased for my house and they work great. Numerous apps to choose from, more than just the basics that most Smart TVs have available.

We have older fire sticks and a different media player and this is the best one. Easiest to use. Replaces tv remote so you only need the one remote if you only watch tv.

Was easy to set up and use. The cost was great. Much better than every other place charges. I trust Best Buy to have excellent quality and to respond quickly if there is a problem.

The universal “power button” and volume control makes this a must and is much better than the older firesticks whereas a tv remote is still needed for power and volume.
