This is the best thing I've bought in a long time you can purchase different apps for nearly nothing and watch a zillion movies well worth the money

I love it and very simple and easy to use. I have purchased several. One for every room. The best thing that happened to television.

The fire stick works great, and solved my Netflix access problem. That being said, we couldn't get the battery cover off the back to install the batteries. Had to go back to the store to exchange for one the clerk could open - the store couldn't get the back off the first one we bought either.

I used to download all my content until streaming took away most of the stress with storing and organizing content. Now I can binge watch anything

We recently dropped our cable provider and one with our Amazon Prime and You Tube TV. The FireStick is what we needed. The remote is very easy to use.

Excellent Product I have many of these and they are great. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to steam instead of having cable.

Was easy for my daughter to use great product for a teens use. Was an ease to install and very easy to download my apps and to install the parental controls

I live my fire stick. It easier to watch in this than it is to let my ps4 on all night burning up to watch all my apps. I would definitely say well worth the purchase !

I bought this item to eliminate the rising cost we pay for cable and satellite tv. This is by far a great investment. It was easy as plug and playstraight out the box.

You can't go wrong with the Amazon Firestick at this price. So now, we have one on every TV in the house and Garage.

Great for beginners and easy to use. Love that there is also the option for voice command. Also the free sling trial was great- definitely try it if still offered.

Works great, gets even better WiFi than my Smart TV, everything comes in clear, and is very useful for turning any TV into a smart tv.

The Good: Voice activation. One remote for everything. A lot of t.v. shows & movies to offer. You can get current time and weather. You can combine other Amazon products. The Bad: The remote needs to illuminate when handled so easy to find. A lot of apps are pay subscriptions. The Ugly: You will get bombarded with Amazon. Ads, suggestions, everything will be Amazon!!!!!!! Do NOT buy unless you are extremely comfortable with Amazon and seeing everything Amazon.

There's nothing wrong with the device itself - Fires are easy to use and they run on the Android platform, so you can load thousands of apps with no issue. Even more if you know how to sideload them outside of Amazon's marketplace. The reason for the average review is the remote. No matter which model of Fire I've had, the remotes die extremely fast, and they cost MORE than the entire package just to replace! It's ridiculous. I went through probably 7 remotes on 3 different Fire models, including this one, and Amazon doesn't even carry the right remotes anymore for the older Fire models - and the new remotes aren't compatible. Ridiculous. Other than that, the device itself is great. No issues with the streaming or downloading of apps, etc.

Not sure why I waited so long to get one of these. I disliked the Samsung smart hun for so long and this does more and then some than that junk ever did.

I would recommend the Fire TV Stick to gain other options of streaming TV shows and movies. It is a low cost option rather than signing up for Cable

Easy to Install and use. Should take no longer that 5 minutes to set up them the software set up should take about ten minutes and your off and running

This is my 3rd firestick and I am a believer in cutting the cord. This is a great product at an amazing price to get you started. Easy to use no matter your age.
