I absolutely love the voice command. My grandson can even use it!! Don't know why it took me so long to buy one!!

Great device easy to navigate

The user interface is not easy for elderly people to navigate , there scared they will be charged for watching certain movies I wish there was a way to set up the home screen for them where it Only shows Amazon Prime videos instead of the plethora of other channels and movie sites. Over all easy for me to teach them how to use but easily forgotten by elderly individuals

Good item, flexible and easy to install

Remote is a bit flimsy and it would be nice if it could chznge the tv's inputs. Overall, I like the Firestick.
