We traveled for the summer and couldn’t watch our favorite shows because the family we visited have a different tv service. I saw this fire stick on sale and quickly bought it. Set up wasn’t straight forward but once you get to know what to do you’re able to download your favorite channel apps and watch for free. We now watch almost everything we watch back home including Netflix. We even used it with our hotel room tv over the weekend when we went to the beach I intend getting an additional tv so I can continue using the fire stick. I recommend it.

This fire stick was super easy to setup and I really like that it controls the tv power and sound. Easily made my LCD into a smart tv.

I had to replace a Fire Stick after I gave my first one away. I love these things! I have apps that I watched like Netflix, Disney+, and even live TV apps like AT&T Watch TV app. I don't even watch cable anymore because of the Fire Stick. The remote is easy to use and Alexa Voice is great for searching for something when you are too lazy to type it in. She'll pull up what you searched and you can even see what apps are featuring it, whether it's a show, YouTube video, or a movie. Overall, great product!

I would totally recommend this product! this is a very simple set up, love how if you have amazon prime you get movies and shows for free no extra cost.

It's the same Gen 2 Fire TV Stick with an improved Gen 2 Alexa Voice Remote that has the added Volume up/down, mute and power button for the TV only. I do wish the power was for the Fire TV Stick, but no, you put it to sleep just like before. I also notice that there is WiFi activity from the Fire TV Stick even though it's in sleep mode, kinda weird, I think it's for updates in the background. - - - - - Overall it's a good product: * * * * * 5 stars ;)

This is super easy to set up and great to have. All my favorite stuff on once screen with one voice activated remote. Just perfect!

I would recommend purchasing a Amazon Fire TV Stick. Easy setup. Easy to use. Lots of apps available.

Very user friendly. Works as great as Roku. Easy setup, but need an Amazon account. Use instead of paying for a monthly cable box fee.

It was between this and the Roku, and this was cheaper. I tried out both and this is not only worth the price, but way better than the Roku hands down.

Bought this Fire TV stick on sale with the main intention of using it during travel. Our household has Roku as our main streaming device on our TVs, but I couldn’t pass up the sale on this Fire Stick. I feel the interface on Roku is easier to navigate than the Fire stick, especially for those who are technologically challenged and for kids. Overall, the Fire Stick works great, have used it on a couple of trips and it works as expected. It is nice being able to pull up Netflix, Prime Video, etc right away once connected.

I bought this because it was on sale for $14.99. I had the first version that does not come with a voice controlled remote. After using the remote, I can honestly say, I like it better. I simply press the button and tell Alexa what to do. For example, "Play Mad Men on Netflix"...no navigating the menus or anything, went right to the show and started playing the next show. I can now also use my television like an Echo Show, see live streams of my security cameras, have lyrics to song show up, etc. Very happy with the new updated version.
