I bought this Fire TV Stick for my grandparents, who have trouble navigating through technology. I knew that this device would be helpful because instead of navigating through the apps, they can ask Alexa directly to play her shows. Overall, very happy with this product. Apps, Streaming services, etc., are difficult for her to understand. However, this user interface was relatively simple and only took a day or so for her to grasp. Plus, I love that she likes to ask "Alexis" instead of "Alexa." Pretty cute.

It is easy to use and the voice control on remote is a plus. The internet gives you much information on other ways to use.

This is my first attempt at 'cable-cutting'. I was weary of this. After about 20 hours of research, I made my move. Finding many of our favorite channels on PHILO we took the plunge! It was my neck if this didn't work! I bought a bundle deal (this Fire TV Stick, (awkward name, IMHO), and a 3rd Gen Echo Dot.) We also chose the new Disney plus stream (we are Marvel fans), and Britt Box. The only issue I have with this Fire TV Stick, (other than the name), is the limited memory. It claims to be 5GB but about half is already used by its own mysterious system. It is a common complaint on the Internet. Clearing cache and removing what you can, (not all apps are removable), helps. Even with this memory issue, this Fire TV Stick delivers way more entertainment than it costs by a factor of ten! When an upgrade comes out I may go there but for now I am 'four star' happy!

Purchased on black Friday for an amazing deal. This Alexa fire tv is the same as the others except this one has the ability serve as a remote to turn up the volume on your tv or soundbar. Updated amazon interface at home screen faster processor chip. Faster connection to internet. Better quality on 1080p and 4K. Basically this is an upgraded version of your original Amazon tv. Nevertheless I LOVE IT. Easy to use. Got one for my parents and friend. Hands down cheaper than Apple TV, user friendly, and fast!

Easy to use, wide selection of apps, and nice design, ability to be powered by the usb port of some TV's is a nice touch.

The Fire TV Stick offers a great way to access a lot of content for a very inexpensive price. It's also easy to use and setup.

I purchased this for my parents who wanted to get on the Disney+ bandwagon. The only issue they were having is the app wasn't available on their TV because their TV is a 2015 model and Disney+ is only available on TVs that were built in or after 2016. So rather than seeing them waste a bunch of money on a TV, I did some quick research and decided the firestick was the best fit for the issue. Set up was quick and easy and now my parents are able to enjoy some great streaming apps.

I like it , that It has a volume button. Much clearer picture with it. I would recommend it , to a friend or family.

The minute I set-up this device, which was a snap, I began to enjoy my television experience as never before! What an excellent product. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Easy setup and instructions. I use it for my projector and the quality is great. Remote is simple it also works from a far distance.

This firestick is quick and easy to navigate. My mother love her gift and the remote is very user friendly.

Got this Amazon stick for my kids room and he loves it! This is the third one we have in our house and we love all the apps and even games you can play. Cord cutting cable has been the best thing we’ve done in a awhile. Over a $100 saving each month and we’re never going back! It’s a breeze to set up and with Prime you get access to tons of movies and shows. Throw in a few more apps like Pluto TV and you’re good to go!

Works as advertised especially with dual band wifi AC. Everything loads very quickly and streams perfectly. Only deducting 1 star because the Roku streaming stick works the same except it has more apps. But then....the Fire stick works with all things Alexa. So i would say if you have an alexa home, get the Firestick. If not, get the roku. In the end they are the best 2 streaming devices so you cant go wrong with either.
