Bought this to upgrade an older model TV that we had in the living room. It is a smart TV but the operating system is real outdated. I am very pleased with the Fire Stick. It has just about every app you need to stream. No complaints here on anything regarding this. The remote is fine could be improved as it only raises the volume on a speaker but won't turn it on or off. My only regret is that I bought this in October and it was cheaper the following month on Black Friday.

I got this so I could watch the Picard and Discovery shows, but it does so much more. Really enjoying it so far!

Great product. Pimple simple . It plugs into HDMI port on back of tv. Done! You do have to register for streamlining services you want . It comes with access to amazon Prime, pbs and a few others. You have Sign up for Netflix , Hulu, youtube but you can do it right on TV using controller that comes with it. I have bought one for every tv in the house. They all work fine from a single strong WiFi signal in a 4000 ft sq house. Flawless viewing . Costs $40. Cheap!

I got this for my mom to use with new new budget tv as she is currently trying to "cut the cord". She is not a techy person and even she was able to get it up and running on her own without help which is a big compliment to the clean easy setup of the device. if you dont have a console or a smart tv or the like and want your apps like Netflix, HBO, etc all in one easy place this is gets the job done.

The fire stick is easy to use. The voice command is so convenient. Bought this for my son and he loves it.

I purchased this item because I own a non-smart tv in my bedroom. I have had a Sony BluRay player hooked up to it to watch Netflix and Hulu, but unfortunately Sony has decided that they are no longer going to support those apps on my ten year old device that still works without a problem. Shame on them. Fortunately for me I came across this Amazon/Fire TV stick with voice remote on your Deal of The Day and found it super simple to hook up and use.
