We LOVE it. We have several Roku’s and I really feel like I like this better than the Roku. I haven’t gotten a chance to really sit down and explore them in depth but I feel like this one has so many more free apps. Maybe I haven’t explored the roku in depth enough. Not sure. We don’t subscribe to amazon but if we did, it would come in handy. I love them both honestly but I would for sure get another Fire Stick!

Needed a way to connect to the internet

I bought the firestick so I could connect to my internet wirelessly. This thing is great! It allows my tv to perform flawlessly and gives me multiple options (NetFlix, YouTube, Xfinity, to name a few). It also switches to photo gallary when I am not watching anymore and flips through pictures that have been downloaded, as a screensaver. Definitely recommend this product!

I use this to turn my Samsung smart TV in a new and faster smart TV and this does the job perfect! I also have an Amazon echo sub with 2 echo speakers and this is perfect. I am able to connect to my echo devices and use them as my sound system and I can control this device with my Amazon echo devices. No problems what so ever! I 100% recommend this device!!!

In fact, I like this product very much except for one thing. I have purchased several movies on Amazon. These are my movies. The browser that comes with the Fire Stick does a horrendous job of letting me sort and search the movies I already "own." Horrendous. My cable provider and TV manufacturer do a better jb, if you can believe that. However, searching for movies I don't have and TV shows is easy.
