Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love that it is so easy to install and use... the main reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's dead in the water when you, or your kids, "misplace" remote. Some potential fixes: 1) It would be nice if Fire Stick Remote(s) to be programed and used on more than one Fire Stick. There are ways to isolate the device the user is wanting to use the remote on (perhaps a toggle switch?) without the other device(s) getting activated as well. 2) If #1 isn't possible... what about a way to locate the remote... maybe a tiny button on the FireStick to activate an alarm on the remote that is tethered/linked to it?

Everything was sent to me via text and email and all I had to do was follow instructions on picking up my product. The firestick was easy to install and I was able to start watching my favorite movies and shows in no time at all! I absolutely couldn't ask for a better shopping experience!
